The Pritchett Chapel offers a dignified space for your funeral service needs. With excellent acoustics and underfloor heating, the spacious interior is lit with beautiful natural light from large windows, which can be supplemented with the hidden uplights. There is a lectern available, and moveable seating can be arranged to your preference. A hearing loop is available on request.

The cost to hire the Chapel for a funeral service is £200; this includes the setting up of chairs. Receptions may be held in the Chapel or the Harriet Centre for £150, and a list of caterers is available.

Please note that there is limited parking at the Cemetery; at busy times it may be necessary to close the main gates when there are no more parking spaces available. The nearest car park is the pay and display in Kent Street (YO10 4AH).

You are welcome to hold a memorial or funeral service in our Chapel even if the burial or cremation is to take place elsewhere.
